  2. The Platform is an educational service providing access to leadership development programs, coaching, and related materials. Use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Regulations.
  3. These Regulations are made available free of charge via the website in a form that allows for their acquisition, reproduction, and preservation. Each User is obliged to comply with these Regulations.
  4. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Regulations. Users will be informed of any changes through a notice on the website. Continued use of the service after changes implies acceptance.

§ 2. Definitions

  • Platform – The online educational platform available at the Service Provider's domain, offering access to leadership programs and materials.
  • User – Any natural person with full legal capacity, or a legal person, who uses the Services provided by the Service Provider after completing the registration process.

  3. The Service Provider is committed to providing Services with the utmost care but does not guarantee that their use will lead to specific business results, as this depends on the User's commitment and application.
  4. Access to specific Services may be time-limited, as specified in the service description. The User is responsible for utilizing the Services within the designated timeframe.

§ 4. Technical Requirements

  1. To use the Platform, the User must have a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari), and an active email account. Some services may require a webcam and microphone.
  2. The User is responsible for ensuring their equipment meets the technical requirements. The Service Provider is not liable for any disruptions caused by incompatible hardware or software.
  3. The Platform may use cookies to ensure proper functionality. The User can manage cookie settings through their web browser.

§ 5. Rights and Obligations of the User

  1. The User is obliged to provide true and accurate data during registration and to keep it updated. It is forbidden to create accounts for third parties without their express permission.
  2. The User must keep their account login credentials confidential and is responsible for all activities that occur under their Account. Any suspected unauthorized use must be reported to the Service Provider immediately.
  3. All materials provided as part of the Services are the intellectual property of the Service Provider and are protected by copyright law. The User may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized distribution, copying, or resale is strictly prohibited.
